Civil rights activists, freedom lovers and smokers
What about the freedom to be away from a toxic, bad-smelling cloud of putrid smoke?
-- Posted By Jordan on September 11, 2007Yes people who smoke do have the right to smoke on their own terms and in their own places. They do NOT however have the right to inflict their nasty habit on others. That includes smoking pregnant mothers who risk their unborn child's health.
